Nice experience but it is too tired when stay on the train
Everything is interesting, you can't find this experience in other country (at least I can't) You will receive drink and some cookies and food when you take on the train. But if you are the person not easy to sleep, you should consider about it, because the train operation, you will be very shake. It total spent 8 hour to arrive the terminal, from 10 m to 6 am. After that you need to find the driver to take you to SAPA, if you take bus, you can directly arrive the SAPA.

We had a double sleeper from Sapa to Hanoi. The cabin was roomy enough for what we needed. Very comfortable. The journey was fabulous and the train was very clean. Awesome service from the staff. We look forward to travel with Chapa Express again.

Le moyen de transport le plus confortable au Vietnam
Nous avons réservé une cabine pour 2 personnes. Eau, sandwich et grignotine fournies. Le confort était très correct, mais l’air climatisé ne faisait que tempérer la cabine . Nous sommes restés 1 mois au Vietnam et avons essayé tous les moyens de transport disponible. Pour les grandes distance, le train de la compagnie Chapa fut l’une des meilleurs expériences de transport.

Night ride to SaPa
Good service - offering snacks and few drinks I would recommand to change the toilet bag at least once during the night trip - clean at the beginning and fresh scent but with the open garbage can for used toilet paper it start smelling very fast Other then that good experience
Happy with train
We were very happy with the service that we received! A young man at the counter actually walked us right to our cabin. We were 4 people and the cabin was fine for us. We brought snacks with us but found that we didn’t really need them. There were some complimentary snacks and also a cart that came through with items to buy. We were all able to sleep quite well. I had ordered breakfast at the station but the shuttle could not wait, so sadly we had to go without having our breakfast. We felt very badly for the nice woman that met us at the train and showed us the way to the restaurant. It was a communication error with the hotel.

Excellent customer services, always available to answers on what’s app, train very comfy even with the train noises but it s okay. I recommend
Amazing service
The service was great, my sister in law forgot her camera and they found it and sent it to the hotel we were staying at which was one hour away. The beds were confortable and we got free snacks and drinks, very nice

Easy check in and the shared cabin space whilst small is as expected. The bed was super comfy and a nice warm doona. Enough storage to put backpack under bed. Personal light and electric socket. A bottle of water and toobrush/toothpaste, ear plugs provided. Banana, rice cake and juice welcome. Toilet clean. I slept really well with ear plugs and eyemask. A great experience !!
